Terms and Conditions

Persons entering the 2009 MS Horseride must agree to the following terms and conditions prior to their entry being accepted by Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MSL).

If entering online, participants (or parents of a child under 16) must agree to the waiver as detailed below:

I understand that horse riding is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I/my child have sufficient experience, am physically fit and that my horse is in a fit and healthy condition to undertake the event. If the event vet believes my horse is not fit to be ridden prior to the start of the ride or at any time during the event I agree to abide by his/her decision and will rest my horse until otherwise notified. During this event I agree to wear a riding helmet, abide by the road rules, obey the direction of the route marshals and ride with care and consideration of others. In consideration of Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MSL), ABN 66 004 942 287, permitting me to enter into and participate in the MS Horseride from 19-26 September 2009 and as a condition of such entry, I release MSL, its servants and agents and property owners from all claims for injury, loss or damage of whatever kind I might suffer as a result of any acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise of MSL, its servants, agents or property owners in relation to the event.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
