RAISED: $940.00 MY GOAL: $2,000.00

Well we are almost halfway to my goal of raising $2000 for MS and the ride is only four weeks away. The total haul for all 182 riders registered to date is $24,288 - unfortunately well short of the $130,000 goal for the MS Horseride itself.

Your help to raise much-needed funds to support Australians living with MS is very much required. Government funding currently covers less than 50% of the monies needed to provide the increasing levels of services and support required by people affected by MS. Last year this shortfall was approximately $4 million.

This year the MS Horseride aims to raise $130,000 through your generous sponsorship. Money fundraised through the Horseride goes towards funding research into finding a cure for MS, as well as improving our services and assistance not only to people who have MS, but also to their families and carers.

Sooooo dig deep and either register for the ride (you only have until this Friday, 21 September, to do so) or sponsor me for whatever amount you can afford. Every little bit counts, so keep up the great work and help us help people with MS!
